Payment Methods
For your convenience I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express via PayPal. In addition, I accept money orders (in U.S. funds only). Your order will not ship until your money order/echeck has been received and cleared.


Returns & Exchanges
I cannot accept items for return, unless they are found to be defective in materials or construction. I am not liable for mistakes made on the customers' part.

If a product is defective or damaged, it must be returned or exchanged within 15 days. Please e-mail in regards to your return for shipping instructions. Customer will pay for return shipping on authorized returns. Any returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a re-stocking fee.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me prior to sending the items back so I can expect your package and reserve any replacement products that may be necessary. You may return new, unused products within 15 days for a replacement, store credit or a refund. If you wish to receive a refund, we will refund you in the manner in which you paid, less shipping costs.

Shipping
I ship within one business day for in-stock items and within three for custom orders. Shipping is based on your total purchase. I strive to get actual or as close to actual shipping as possible. If there is an overpayment in shipping I will refund that amount once the item has shipped.
